The Board of NICHI held an open Annual General Meeting on September 23, 2025, with a healthy number of members attaining quorum. Members updated the bylaws, amended quorum requirements for the future, tabled the unqualified opinion of the audited financial statements, and appointed the firm of MNP as the NICHI auditor for the 2025 to 2026 period.

There were no elections, as Directors agreed to finish their terms over the coming year. The process to seek new persons to represent a NICHI member organization on the Board will open again later in 2026. We look forward to seeing you at the 2026 Annual General Meeting.
